Rich Williams is an author, a professional speaker, trainer, and coach. His gift is to take the complicated and break it down to the understandable. He is a dynamic and passionate speaker that brings it all together with humor. He has spoken all over Florida and has provided leadership, sales, human resources, and business training for his clients.
Rich lives in St. Petersburg Florida with his wife of 35 years, Mary. They have raised four boys together. Rich has his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. He also has his SPHR and his SHRM – SCP.

He wrote the book because of being the staffing industry for so many years and hearing his clients asking how he was able to find the exact right person and they were not. Rich Williams has been in the Human Resources/Recruiting world for the last twenty years. He has worked for two national companies where he ran multiple branches ranging from 5 – 18 offices. During that time, he led or co-led the Sales and Leadership training for both organizations. This was when he began to understand why being brilliant at the basics was so important.
